Over the last few years, the used car market has demonstrated significant growth in the overall share of market sales. Click Auto is a car retailer selling high-quality used cars, located in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. To ensure that the car sales process is as profitable and trustworthy as possible, "Click Auto" hired Shift to develop a brand identity that underlines the convenience and selection of high-quality used cars. The name "Click Auto" was a good starting point for the brand development process. It resonates well with potential customers - as our client knows how vital digital and mobile channels are today for acquiring and retaining customers. Rather than designing a brand identity that is visually car-related (like a car silhouette, wheels, etc.) we decided to focus on the online element of the name Click Auto and have developed a logo that suggests simple and quick navigation through the dealership offers. In today's marketplace it’s crucial to develop a brand identity that ensures visibility and ease of implementation across all media types, including online. In the logotype design we used clean and simple typography, and intervention on the letter “A” presenting the symbol of an arrow cursor. This is intended to present the association with an improved and simplified approach to the purchasing process in this highly competitive market, with reference to home shopping which has become the dominant trend in every product category area.
