The University of Mostar recently launched a strong and distinctive promotional campaign aimed at inspiring future generations of students to carefully consider the decisions they make. This campaign for one of the most important educational institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina is at the same time the first to present the new visual identity of the University.
Every project demands a different aesthetic and intellectual approach to communicate in such a way as to be appropriate, effective and distinctive. The promotional campaign that Shift designed uses artworks and bold typography to highlight the efforts of the University to be the best choice for young people. Our team placed emphasis on their commitment to produce and disseminate knowledge in a surrounding saturated with numerous private higher education institutions, and developed a campaign that communicates bold messages through the use of lively illustrations. Shift designed various promotional materials including billboards and the web campaign that were aimed at subtly communicating the message of the University in a dynamic and playful visual style. We developed three different visuals to communicate three messages – It is possible! Choose knowledge! Create your future! Each of these visuals contains the new tagline of the University «There is only one University! Our task was to create a strong visual impression using dominant visual elements. We developed a campaign concept that communicates the right message and is appropriate for both the University itself and the target audience.
