The Training Centre is a specialized training organization founded on the basis of providing basic to advanced training in a variety of skills within the tourism and hospitality sector. The newly established center is a place where trainees can learn the skills required for the positions of chef and waiter, in order to increase their competitiveness within the Bosnia and Herzegovina labour market. The project was financed by the EU and co-financed by ILO (International Labour Organization) within a local employment partnerships project led by the Regional Development Agency for Herzegovina, with local partners from the tourism, hospitality, education and state organizations. This project represents regional leadership and responds to contemporary global challenges through the provision of training, with a special focus on the tourism and hospitality sector workforce. Working in partnership with the REDAH, we created a identity that would clearly communicate the objectives and scope of activities of the Centre. The logo of the Centre immediately represents hospitality – symbolizing waiters and chefs. Aware of the essential requirement for the practical implementation of the identity, our team has produced detailed brand guidelines to allow the creation of promotional materials that are recognisable to its target audience of local entrepreneurs, schools and young people who wish to further develop their skills in the hospitality industry. The result is a creative visual identity solution which is complementary to the mission of the project. This, alongside other promotional materials, communicates a clear and powerful message and helps to promote the project.
